My Thread Or Any Content Got Removed - Read Me For Guidance!

Carefully examine here all reasons

Kindly go check your uploaded material right now and make sure they are good running.
Make sure yours uploaded torrents are seeded and running without any issue.
Make sure you did not given any outside link that we didn't allow publiclly.
Make sure yours uploaded material is clean from any ad/promotion.

Re-consider Again content That Get Removed If:​

-Outside torrent link, no matter that's came from yours other torrent site profile. Why we don't allow outside torrents? Short Anwser: We are not here to promote any work, most important thing that we have private Tracker for TeamOS and that cannot stand with open sharing trackers. So kindly upload here and seed back for TeamOS.

First and foremost: If found a thread done by Registered User and they did a good upload and then found a thread done later buy anyone else above their rank, Then both uploads stand no problem..

If thread found thats duplicate to another by anyone up to Power User then first upload stands and the ones later are gone.. Be careful and be right..

-Duplicate Topic of a thread that uploaded here before or seems too similar. it will be gone.

-Yours RAR/compressed folder must be clean of any outside site promotion/visit, If you written anything to join any site or added anything related to advertising then it will Gone. Use only TeamOS-HKRG promotion and official .txt file in packed folders.

-If any kind of Advertisment, promotion links, outside site links found in Torrent folder or Direct download folder then it will be gone. Use only TeamOS-HKRG promotion and official .txt file in folders & compressed folders.

-If you uploaded any material that've uploaded by Banned/Deleted users then you will be Ban too.

-Direct link topic that don't have file link anymore or file download link no longer available on file hosting site. it will gone if thread was stand inactive since past 10 days.

-Direct link topic if MOD/Staff Notify you through Post or pm to fix your thread description/links/etc. And you did not responded to them during limitation get expired? It will be gone.

-Any thread/topic that seems useless or it's file links given from it's official site? it will be gone.

-Author that inactive since past 45 days and their thread found as dead or descriptions are not enough? their threads will be gone.

-You provided 3 direct links? no matter 1 got removed from file hosting site, thread will gone. (If thread seems very useful then MOD will pm you otherwise NO)

-If you given file download link from Dropbox, thread will be gone. (because Dropbox downloading not resumable)

-If your request/help thread stands inactive for 14 days, then it will be gone or moves to trash. no pushing no questions in return. Stick to staff's decision. And do not bump (charge useless post to active thread) we don't allow bumpping.

-Staff can remove your torrent anytime if it's become dead or have listed anything that made violation of rules, So create torrent under rules and do mind and seed them because Staff can issue warning against your account due to sharing dead torrents on site.

-Torrent that not listed full data description, detail, screenshots it will be gone.

-Copy & Pasting anything through Microsoft that they already given as free/limitted access.

-Do not create torrent for Wallpapers, freeware, silent apps, or any off-topic proposal.

-If Signature/Avatar made any rules violation. Admins will take action anytime regarding how worse it is and Admin will charge penalty against your account. Signature Rules Here!

So do best you find them and fix them before we catch them. We are not responsible for them if they got removed.

Remember: We won't accept any complain from any member if their material has been removed due to violation of a single Rule. So avoid asking & pushing any matter with Staff. thanks

Nicely Said @Mr.SaM ,This thread explains all the reasons of thread deletion ,if u think your thread has been deleted mistakenly and their was no mistake by your side then let the staff know it ,however we won't be able to bring back the old thread but we will take care of it from next time, But if your thread has any mentioned issue and it is deleted due to that than don't waste time of staff member's by arguing regarding yohr threads , as per mentioned above if a user post thread with all those above mentioned issues again and again than he might be banned as well for continuesly breaking the rules ,so keep that in mind and follow the rules. RULES will help you and our forum both keep alive for longer if they are followed properly.
