My Dell Optiplex 755 Desktop Fan Is Running Soo Fast ... And Its not booting Windows and giving this Orange light on Power button?
Can somebody help me and Provide me the Fix For That... ??????

those are the symptoms of Orange Light of Death
it means a system component has failed

there are videos on youtube which you can follow through as self help
while you narrow down what went wrong with your system

Follow the following steps....
1. Unplug the CPU
2. Discharge the power by pressing power button for approx 10 seconds.
3. Remove the RAM and clean it .
4. Reinsert the RAM
5. Plug in the CPU and turn on.

I hope the steps will resolve the issue.

But When I Remove the Hard Drive It Shows Green light in 3/6 Times.....

After electric discharge If the problem still persist... check with SMPS related issues

Have you tried searching Google first? I did a quick search using this term - "Dell Optiplex 755 fails to boot and shows amber light" and found the answer on Dell's site.
One question though... is this a solid amber light or a blinking amber light, because there is apparently a difference.
