Hey Hey...I'm back, it is me...just wanted to F.Y.I. at least in my situation and my situation ONLY! The "Reloader" did not work. It did its processing and resulted in a "Success" however, MS Office did not illustrate successfully...did not work successfully. I made sure to "office scrubber" my laptop and also "IObit Uninstaller" my laptop too, just in case, can't hurt, right? I turned the firewall off...so nothing could get in my way. I then cleaned the laptop again, reinstalled from the start...and unfortunately, the second time is not the charm. I am unsure of what I did incorrectly. Sometimes, human error likes to jump in front, so I am thinking, it is my human error. So, I am going to get the latest Medicines and see if that gets me jumping! But, I'm still loving the share, thanks again! Much love and many kisses, friend!

I can't install this under Windows 10. I get the following message "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher."
This is the version for Windows 10 64 bits right ? That's what I'm using.

It's for both x86 and x64. Make sure you are installing x64 and NOT x86.......
