Download Lucky Patcher (Google it) then download app from play store, open LP, find app and then see if they have custom Medicines if they do then apply it if not use regular in app moderation that wil make app think you are paying for options but instead you will get them for free, also I suggesst to search for moddded APK file there are some good sites that provide big list of modded games and apps.
