The Ratio is 37/61 all kind of stupid av detecting it as a virus

first of all tanks for the Medicines ,

when I disabled AV and installed the Medicines .it patched correctly .and worked well
but when i opened the browser(crome) . It's homepage(is google.com) that get changed some another homepage(searchinme.com).
it downloaded some files and a another virus began to active..by some mean i managed to handle the virus .



again sorry for the disturbance

For the help,
Before installing the app, stop internet connection & anti virus program. Then install the app & Medicines. Once you done this, remove the installer file. Enable internet connection & anti virus. Then run/scan anti virus. If no virus detected, therefore, file is clean.
