Hp Deskjet 2015 Printer Scanning Problem With Dell Ci5

Hi experts....

I have a printer named HP DESKJET 1510 3 in 0ne. As i install its driver from the provided CD.........
1. P.copying is good.
2. Printing is good.
3. SCANNING A DOCUMENT is faulty.( I think its certificate has expired)
SCANNER menu does not working. Even does not openning.

I have an external scanning driver named VueScan x64 but it is demo version and needs to be purchaised.

Plz help me how my problem should be solved.

I am not sure if this will help you...but I had the same problem and my scanner only worked after I downloaded the HP software from their site to work with my printer/scanner. Works great now!

Same i did as you done but still not enough to solve my problem......
2nd if anyone can Medicines the auxiliary SW which will work better as full version.

No i will not close it.. I will edit it.. I don't use antivirus maybe that's why i had no problem. I will edit it and say close your antivirus in the install note..

I neither use firewall or antivirus i don't need them what to do with them ??? I am only in clear sites just as it is.. that's why i upload here...
