Actually i given her a link from Silvertorrent, unfortunately ST has been no more on internet globe, i was staff member there, anyway ST gone so link gone.

I have dl the program, version 2624. However, under encoder options I only have x264 scratchpad and xvid scratchpad. I dont have the option for x264 hd fast. I have been looking online into this program and have found some preset zip files, but I cant find a preset for x264 hd fast. Anyone know what I am missing? Thanks

Anyway you've missed reading this thread. i mentioned at top & button to go here to read about Installation method and also i given complete MeGUI software/tools pack:

Kindly, download & install by following given guide carefully and you will get x264 HQ fast & Slow plus too many other preset/profiles.
