Locked How can be work anonymously in a Stolen laptop?

My cousin mistakenly purchased a stolen laptop. now they scare to connect internet on Laptop. He Format all stuff and freshly install win 10. Can anyone know How can we work anonymously on that laptop?

they just buy it.. without my knowledge but when i checked the laptop they look like someone stole and then sale them.

{Whats i think to do.} I Disable Win 10 Location option & I also use Nord VPN on them to access internet. I and i Change MAC Address with the help of "Technitium MAC Address Changer" ITS Work guys what you think?
