hi guys anyone know how to remove grandcrab from system

started system up and there was grandcrab encryption on 4 4gig hdd have bitdefender but it still got through
tried system restore with no luck also bitdefender grandcrab decrypter but did not work any help
would be appreciated this message is from my laptop which fortunately is ok
