May be u are having any external sources like SSD or external HDD, remove those and try inserting the only bootable USB drive in USB port
And check if the cable is faulty which is connecting hard disk ...2-days ago i encountered cable faulty which was replaced with my spare connecting cable

i think your computer supports UEFI only.. if it has disk drive try to enable Legacy support.. or must install OS which is UEFI support.. very simple

just use x64 bit of OS.. hope it works for you mate

Also on bios see if you can enable lagacy or legacy with csm???? 2nd make sure to turn off any eufi persistant boots. Normally on bottom and makes it so you cant make changes to boot type or drive ....

Try this
Use USB 2.0 flash drive instead of USB 3.0 port ,sometimes it may give you compatibility issue or Make a bootable DVD instead of USB and try to install the OS using a Disk Drive...
Before doing all ,first go to bios give ur hard drive first rank and then try to install....Delete all present partitions and reallocate them may give u the chance to install OS...
Check ur System is set to UEFI if ur bootable is in MBR it wont work or if it is in Legacy mode and bootable in GPT wont work...

My two cents:
Probably he try to upgrade an instaled OS on MBR disk (hdd or ssd) with an UEFI-GPT stick.
That issue disappears choosing MBR on Partition Scheme option + BIOS (or-UEFI-CSM) on Target System option on Rufus when make the bootable stick.

That is true; I experienced the same issue a long time ago, so I changed the partition scheme which resolved my problem with partition management. Try with AOMEI Partition Assistant or similar soft.
YouTube is full of videos how to resolve your problem
