Looking for a little help. on an new windows server 2012 install I placed the filemaker.server.16-MPT.exe into the installed crograms/filemaker/filemakerserver folder then ran. Filemaker server worked but said trial would end in 15 days. I removed program and installed again, and same thing. I moved the system date past the 15 days and to see if it would stop working, it did - locked me out and asked for new key. I closed program and moved system date back and restarted filemaker and still locked out.

This seams to be a simple install. Before deploying program but after Install I placed file filemaker.server.16-mpt.exe into folder, started this newly placed exe file and clicked on the jaguar head which changed colors on outline and seamed to be done. As noted above it was only a trial. Also the screen shots are of filemaker 16 advanced not of the filemaker 16 server, but the program was in fact filemaker 16 server.

I must be overlooking something I know Aphrodite torrents are the best!

SOLVED-. I had the system shut down and after booting it up a day later I noticed the FMS Status page no longer had the note as a 15 day trial so I looked at General Settings and my license type changed from trial to shipping. Orginally I turned off machine and bootted back on and it did not fix, I think you need to let the trail count down from 15 to any number then a full shut down and boot.
