1. Run setup.exe, don't start the application
2. Copy filemaker.server.16-MPT.exe to folder where the application is
installed
3. Run filemaker.server.16-MPT.exe and click on the "jaguar head"

Download the mac server trial and use the serial from the windows version, I did the same and it is working.
