Database Password Recovery Not Working !!!

Hello everyone,
I am not new on this site, since I was already registered since the beginning of 2016.

For 3 days, I have been trying to recover my account since I lost my password. They ask me to put either my email or registration nickname, that's what I do and to answer a small queries, that's what I do!

I am confirmed that the reset link will be sent, so I waited like a jerk for some time, and never this mail was sent by the robot automatically to reset my password.

So I would like to contact an administrator of this board to recover my 1st account if possible, because either you have a concern about your database to recover the passwords or you have deleted everything without deliberately deleting our account.
