Locked Cubase 10 Pro

Does anyone have Cubase 10 Pro? i have only found the 9.5 elements edition and its different from the 10 pro...
its very hard to find any of the pro versions for somewhat.

So far I found Cubase 10 Pro for macos, Cubasee 10 Artist for windows ... or just stick to the 9.5 pro as there seems to be almost no new features.
