From the link macgyver posted, I can vote for WinSetupFromUSB. I'm constantly updating my 32GB multiboot usb with XP/7/8.1/10/Lubuntu/Mint/KasperskyRescueDisk using WSFUSB and it works perfectly any time. Best of all, it offers easy UEFI compatibility as it splits 4GB+ files into parts when creating a FAT32 usb stick.

MultiBootUSB seems interesting as well, but i haven't tried that one yet(first time I've heard of it, in fact).

I agree. WinSetupFromUSB is the best choice.
