Dear @Gabby01, as you have requested this program complementary to the AutoCAD base software, I suppose you already own it and have it installed and activated. In case you don't have it, I'll try to upload an English version tomorrow, because the one I got in the emergency to be able to take the screenshots was in Spanish.

I took the task of uploading the base program AutoCAD 2020 Q 47.0.0.
If you did not have it installed, you must install it before then install the AutoCAD Raster Design 2020.

I do not have it loaded as I am running 2018 Autodesk Architecture and could not find the file to load it. I should most likely need to update to 2020 to get it, thanks
