yes the Medicines works perfectly

1. after install do not start app just close it
2. go to task manager and "end task" all Acronis background processes even if they restart again
3. paste the Medicines to install location and execute as administrator where you'll find that both two out of the three patches needed will be done (Medicines ok)
4. it will then tell you that the third and last dll is not found to be patched
5. choose to search for the .exe and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\TrueImageHomeService.exe and selecting this will be the selection you'll have to make to Medicines the last .exe
6. you'll then see that all the patching was completed/done
7. if your system is x32bit in step 5 you'll have to follow the path C:\Program Files\Common Files\...and so on...
8. enjoy

Yup, it's in Italian and there's no other language option

So, my issue is a little bit different, patching works fine and the main app works fine too, unfortunately, the tools dont, like acronis secure zone etc

If you want to change the language :


Acronis Bootable Rescue Media (UEFI mode)

1. Start Acronis True Image with option 1
2. When prompted, press e to enter additional parameters
3. Type in the following command to change UI language: lang=XX
   where XX is the language you need, e.g lang=de, lang=fr, lang=en
