I would like to share my experiences and thoughts concerning the installation process and use of many of the files that I have downloaded.

I will be using three criteria to rate my experiences.
1. Clear Instructions? 2. Ease of Install? 3. Works as Expected?

I scanned the file on virustotal and 18/54 warnings (False positives having to do with the k**gen file)

1. Clear Instructions?
Instruction.txt file was included in the download. The instructions are very clear.

2. Ease of Install?
Ran setup.exe
Malwarebytes flagged k**gen.exe and tried to quarantine. So, I think that some antivirus will flag this file. You may need to disable your AV or exclude this file.
After AV is disabled k**gen.exe was successful.
Total installation time including Malwarebytes file exclusion less that 5 minutes.

3. Works as Expected?
Opens without issue.
Worked flawlessly.
Licensed Pro version.


I give this an overall 4.5 out of 5 Brain rating. The download description should include a warning in the installation section of the download page stating that the k**gen will be flagged by your AV and that antivirus software may need to be turned off. (Most downloaders should know this already, but I am including this for the few who do not) The software worked without any issues. I created a six-track project using a few of the included instruments mixed it down to an mp3. Great software.


These are just my personal opinions and experiences and is in no way a judgement of the uploader. The file uploaders spend their time and effort providing us with so many great uploads. Their efforts should be applauded.
These files are uploaded by our great uploaders, but it is up to you to make sure they keep being available by SEEDING.
