Locked about win10 gamer elegant edition 2019

hi guys ,
first i liked so much this custom os , so fast and don't take a lot of ram or core and lot of things like windows update disable and ....
but i had 1 problem , it's not from the custom os , it because of me some times i need to switch to another language to write with
but couldn't find any fix for this issue
if u can help me would be nice

Ok, not working because I did removed the autounnatend files and still can't change keyboard layout. You can choose it but I will stay as english whatever your choice
