A-PDF Image Extractor is a simple, lightning-fast desktop utility program developed to quickly extract images from Acrobat PDF files and save them to various image file formats. The application can work with a total of ten different formats, namely TIFF, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, TGA, PCX, ICO, JP2 (JPEG 2000) and DCX. It also provides image size filters, and a preview function to allow a user to delete unwanted images before saving the files.

There are dedicated panels to quickly select the PDF documents user wish to check for images, choose one of the three available extraction modes and even preview the target pictures. A user can choose as many PDF files as they want, so batch extraction is also possible. Additionally, the application allows users to flip and rotate the extracted images. A help section is however available in case someone needs more information on a specific tool.

A-PDF Image Extractor is nothing special when it comes to hardware requirements, so the user should be able to run it smoothly on all Windows versions on the market. In contrary, it does what it says with minimum effort. It appeals to both rookies and more experienced users, with the help of an intuitive GUI and easy to configure options.

This looks like something I could use. Tried DL from all 4 links -
Bayfiles had 502 bad gateway (after clicking on the DL triangle
Anon files - the file you are looking for does not exist
Usersdrive - file could not be found but scroll down and has the DL button - clicking on it shows message threat detected access is blocked
Douploads - it checks files for a long time - never did finish
