2nd. Rufus
using MBR sometime it`s work sometimes not. i try in my old PC and it work like a charm, but when i use in my new PC the USB Keyboard and mouse will stack.

3rd. WintoUSB
not working, i use my clean 16GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive and it`s say the drive is full.

sorry for these.
thank you in advance and god bless.

First, you need to understand where your problem is:
Windows 7 doesn't have USB 3 drivers in its initial installation ISO (and most of the distros here) and for that reason, any device that is connected to a USB 3 port won't be seen by Windows 7, until you install the drivers, which is hard to do without keyboard and mouse :p. This answeres your 2nd question why it's working on your old PC (usb2) and not on new (USB 3)

MSI tool is the only way for you to modify and make a functional ISO for your PC as it slipstreams the USB3 drivers (and ECHI etc) into the ISO and so mouse and keyboard can be "seen" at installation time. Now if it removes the animation... well I never heard of this BUT... if you search here, there are a couple of software solutions to modify and maybe restore the boot animations for windows 7. Either way, I would not worry about the boot animations since you will not see them often and compared to other problems, its the least significant one and not a big deal. Just ignore it.

A bit of small advice if I may. I assume you have an AMD ryzen processor and if that is the case I would advise not using windows 7 'cause its task scheduler engine is not ideal for high thread counts. You will have issues with even the basics such as core parking cause windows 7, even tho they can handle multicore/multithread CPUs, are not ideal solutions. Better switch to windows 10 to take advantage of the better multithread support.

There is another way you can do this. If your PC has a PS/2 port, you can borrow or buy a PS/2 mouse and by using the Windows virtual keyboard, you can install USB drivers AFTER you install windows in the same way we install any driver. When you are done with the installation of said drivers, close PC, unplug PS/2 mouse and plug USB devices and restart. You should now see both Mouse and keyboard on a USB 3 port in windows 7.

@KopikoBrwn, when using Win7, I used to have a PS/2 keyboard to install the USB 3 drivers.
If you have time and some PC handling, you can include the USB 3 drivers in the Windows 7 ISO yourself.
I have done this tutorial by a user who asked me about this topic:
I hope I've been helpful.

I format my flash drives to NTFS. That will make any 4,8,16,32,64 GB drive work for me. Movies, transfers, Booting. Doing something wrong there buddy. Never had an issue in years of using Rufus. Period. Thread will be shut soon. :(
