You people need to learn to be more specific!!! How "old" is this PC you're talking about? If you're trying to install 10 on some Pentium 4 PC, then forget it.

I couldnt agree with you more.. If they they dont start posting better Im going to deleted them right away..
And he has been here and not a word...

It most certainly won't work. A combination of a Celeron with 1GB of ram means some ancient Celeron with no proper instructions support. Modern Celerons, which can run windows 10, can't be coupled with 1GB of ram, as modules of such amounts DO NOT EXIST for the specific platform.
You have your answer, now go back to XP, as that's the only OS this netbook can actually run smoothly.

the same way you install it on a new pc, just take more time!
make bootable USB drive, press F8, F9, F11 or F12 - it depends of your motherboard, choose USB drive, follow the instructions - voila!
