I have had an Lenovo Z50-70 (59-429601) (8GB ram) running Windows 7 for two years, Windows 10 for a week , my lap has been running so sluggish.

I've tried all the fixes and suggestions from others...disabling windows search, superfetch, notifications, etc, to no avail. I hope you guys could help here. Thank you so much for your help. Please let me know if there is anything else you need.

I have had similar problems with windows 10 builds-ways too many things that go on in the background and automatically. It seems that MS is offering less user control with every update! Any suggestions for the best windows 10 w/o bloat and ms privacy issues is appreciated. Thanks!

To be honest and to i really want to safe your time......

Kindly read this post carefully and it may provide you some directions and knowledge to look forward:

Other than that, if you still no longer able to get rid of it then i recommend you to Clean install Windows 10 instead of upgraded version. Clean install means wipe previous OS completely and install Fresh one from required ISO. Kindly go to Windows Category at operating system, and try the latest os with almost updated version. And let me help before i leave, here you can see what is the difference between RS1, RS2, RS3 & difference between all versions:

It may help you to chose best one. Recommended: Windows 10 RS2.
