Rs1 > Redstone 1 > Windows 10 Redstone 1 (RS1) is the second major update to the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.
Rs2 > Redstone 2 > Codename "Redstone 2" is the third major update to Windows 10 and the second of the 3 major updates planned under the Redstone codenames.

2. Does windows 10 preactivated version stop windows update?
Yes and maybe not. It depends on Releasers if they disabled tweeks/features as default. Kindly read OS description to make sure.
Other then this, it's completely possible to stop windows updates and other few leaking manually.
(Anyway that's not a part of question. if you need then say somewhere ''yes i need those tools'')

Note: Preactivated/Cracked/activated/non-activated. that doesn't mean against stopping windows update or leaking. like i said it depends on releasers if they disabled them already or not. after all you can get rid of windows update manually or by using tools.

3. What is the difference between Pro/Home/Enterprise?

so the activation never affect windows updates update always b same as other non-activate windows so don't worry about it , only tweaks which can we apply in modded windows they can stop updates
