Thank you very much OP for this! Anyone else running into this issue where fonts cannot be rendered with the installer?

1. I had the community edition previous installed which I purged along with any remnant files or directories.
2. Installed the JetBrains fonts
3. Disabled DisplayFusion
4. Rebooted between each step

I can't think of anything else that could be causing this.

Edit: I tried it on another machine with less garbage app installed and still have the same issue. Tried with the following locale:
- EN-US
- EN-CA
